How long does it take for you to refund my card?

Goods are refunded within 30 days

Please note however, some credit card companies can take up to 14 days to show the charge on your statement.

You will receive a refund confirmation email


I would like to cancel my order

If you have placed your order and wish to cancel, please let us know by sending us a message from the customer control panel.

Please note that there is a status lag between the processing and dispatched status- therefore we might not be able to stop a parcel going out even if you let us know you wish to cancel a order which status is not dispatched.

If the order has been dispatched, you  will have to return it to the following address together with your dispatch note and note ' please cancel'.

If the order has not been sent by us, we will not dispatch it. We will process a return automatically.

Please note that due to the costs involved, orders over 7 days old from receipt occur a cancellation charge of £2.00

Monies are refunded back to the purchasing credit card.


Pharmacy Return Policy
All goods returned after purchase should be accompanied by a valid receipt of purchase. Good For Personal use may not be accepted for Return. We will not refund Medicine items unless agreed by the Pharmacist. Please contact us first. Faulty Products will be exchanged after 14 days or refunded and exchanged before 14 days

What if I want to return items that are more then 28 days old?
We will only accept returns over 28 days old if the item becomes faulty within the warranty period shown on the Product Paperwork. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are made direct to your Credit Card, Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your card statement
