1. Open mouth as wide as possible. Fully extend the tongue. 2. Place the head of the OOLITT excel as far back on the tongue as possible. Adjust the angle for comfort. 3. With the ripple edge against the tongue, gently sweep 2 to 3 times from back to front, down the middle and both sides of the tongue. Rinse out debris. 4. For exceptional oral cleanliness reverse the OOLITT and place some antibacterial toothpaste, such as RetarDex, in the channel behind the beads. Sweep down the tongue using the reverse side. Use twice daily before toothbrushing. Replace after 4 months.
