Each tablet contains 50mg of Caffeine.

Adults and children over 16 years: take 1 to 2 tablets with water if preferred, as required during the day. Do not take more than 2 tablets in three hours or 8 tablets in 24 hours. Not suitable for children under 16. Always read the label.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery for all of our deliveries. Delivery is usually within 5 working days. Can be longer at times.

For Expedited deliveries we use DPD or Royal Mail. Expedited Delivery should take 24hrs from date of dispatch.

For deliveries abroad, please expect it to take up to 14 days for delivery.
