Consult a doctor or a pharmacist before use if you are taking antibiotics, tetracyclines, vitamin or iron supplements, have any kidney problems or have been told by your doctor you have an intolerance to some sugars. Each adult dose (2 tablets) contains 500mg of glucose. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause acid rebound, changes in blood chemistry or constipation. Any unusual effects should be reported to your doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Dosage: Adults: 2 tablets to be sucked or chewed as required, up to 16 tablets a day. Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet as required, up to 8 tablets a day. Children under 6: Not recommended.
