A brief chronology of the war is also included so that events mentioned can be put in their context. About the Author :-

 

Phil Carradice hails from Pembroke Dock but resides now in St. Athan, the Vale of Glamorgan where he works as a freelance writer, consultant and broadcaster. He was a previous teacher and social worker and he has held many writers in residence posts with various education authorities. He is sought after for workshops and readings with children and adults and to date he has published 24 books among them The Bosun’s Secret, The Pirates of Thorne Island and Ghostly Riders for Pont Books and Exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast.
